Blini \u00e4ts f\u00f6r att fira solens \u00e5terkomst, allts\u00e5 p\u00e5 eftervintern\/f\u00f6rv\u00e5ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionen kom fr\u00e5n min ryska mamma och hennes finska uppv\u00e4xt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Ukraina (d\u00e4r min mormor f\u00f6ddes) \u00e4ter man blini med smetana, allts\u00e5 sur gr\u00e4dde. Jag har degenererat s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt att jag helst \u00e4ter dem med vispad vispgr\u00e4dde som blandats med Kalles Kaviar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-very-dark-gray-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color\">Vad jag inte visste var att blini symboliserar solen &#8211; de \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen runda. Inte heller visste jag att traditionen att \u00e4ta blini \u00e4r f\u00f6rkristen.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I alla fall tycker jag det \u00e4r roligt att vissa mattraditioner g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n generation till generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5terkommer till pasha, n\u00e4r vi n\u00e4rmar oss p\u00e5sken.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color\">H\u00e4r kommer ett blinirecept f\u00f6r den som vill fira solens \u00e5terkomst:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 dl mj\u00f6lk&nbsp;<br>50 gr j\u00e4st&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dl bovetemj\u00f6l (jag tycker det \u00e4r det godaste)<br>1 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br>1 nypa salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u00e4gg<br>50 gr sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lken till 37 grader h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten och blanda sedan i mj\u00f6l och salt&nbsp;<br>Dela p\u00e5 \u00e4ggen och l\u00e4gg i \u00e4ggulorna nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och j\u00e4sa i cirka 40 minuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t det svalna. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum. Blanda i sm\u00f6r och \u00e4ggvitor i den j\u00e4sta smeten. L\u00e5t g\u00e4rna j\u00e4sa en stund till (inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\">Blini ska f\u00f6rst\u00e5s gr\u00e4ddas i s\u00e4rskilda blinipannor, men du beh\u00f6ver inte \u00e4rva dem (som jag gjort), inte heller \u00e5ka till Stockmans i Helsingfors f\u00f6r att k\u00f6pa dem. Det g\u00e5r att g\u00f6ra blini i crepepannor (fast d\u00e5 blir de inte s\u00e5 h\u00f6ga som de b\u00f6r vara enligt mig).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servera genast. Om du beh\u00f6ver r\u00e4kna p\u00e5 hur mycket du ska g\u00f6ra kan jag tala om att min morbror kunde \u00e4ta 12 blini (men s\u00e5 dog han ocks\u00e5 av stroke i 60-\u00e5rs\u00e5ldern), jag kan \u00e4ta 2-3 stycken (och jag lever \u00e4nnu, bevisligen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-pink-background-color\">Traditionellt serveras blini med sur gr\u00e4dde (gr\u00e4ddfil eller creme fraiche) samt olika slags kaviar. Men de degenererade kan \u00e4ta rimmad eller r\u00f6kt lax till. En klick sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 den varma blinin g\u00f6r att den inte blir s\u00e5 torr. Mastig blir den i alla fall s\u00e5 det f\u00f6rsl\u00e5r, i alla fall i en blinipanna! I v\u00e4g till Helsingfors och k\u00f6p en! (F\u00f6rresten finns de att k\u00f6pa p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-pale-pink-background-color\"> Mina \u00e4rvda pannor har inga handtag, s\u00e5 de \u00e4r sv\u00e5rman\u00f6vrerade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av det h\u00e4r receptet fick jag tio blini. Inte s\u00e5 det r\u00e4ckte till min morbror, allts\u00e5, men mycket mer \u00e4n vad jag sj\u00e4lv ville ha. Resten kan man spara och v\u00e4rma i micron.
